OVERVIEW

The Vice President of Product will lead our Global Product function and Product Strategy. This role involves working closely with our Founders, CTO, and SVP Customer Experience to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment gateways and a proven track record of leading product teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

ABOUT YOU

Extensive experience in product management, with a focus on payment gateways and fintech.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse, global team.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.

Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs within the payment orchestration space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives

Lead the orchestration strategy to ensure our platform continues to meet and exceed market demands.

Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Leadership and Management:

Lead and inspire the global product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Chair the Product and Technology Design forum to ensure cohesive and strategic product development.

Oversee the Product Board Process, ensuring alignment across all product initiatives.

Product Development and Execution:

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Manage the product launch process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts.
