At Beam, we’re building AI that serves society.

We're a global team of ambitious, hardworking problem solvers, applying fast-moving startup energy to work that makes the world a better place. If you want to apply your talent to the biggest problems society faces, Beam is the place for you.

You’ll be part of a high-performance culture where you'll make a huge impact, rapidly progress your career, and truly enjoy your work.

Over 100,000 frontline workers already use Beam to take notes, provide live interpretation and handle phone calls, so they can focus on the people who need them most. This is just the beginning.

About the role:

We're looking for our first Delivery Executive in Australia, someone with bags of energy, a genuine love of learning, and a knack for making people feel confident with new technology. You'll own the day-to-day for our AU users: support, training, and the guides that help people help themselves. It's an entry-level role on our Delivery team, with a clear next step into a more strategic delivery role as you grow.

You'll be:

  • Be the first face our users see. Own support end to end — tickets, 1:1s, troubleshooting — and make sure every Australian user feels heard and unstuck, fast.

  • Set people up to succeed from day one. Handle account creation so new users can dive straight in.

  • Bring users up to speed. Run virtual training sessions when new users need them, helping people go from unsure to confident with the product.

  • Build something people actually use. Take our Help Centre and turn it into a genuinely useful resource

  • Be the voice of our users. Triage feedback, spot the patterns, run feedback sessions yourself where you can, and flag the bigger stuff to the team so nothing gets lost.

You are:

  • A go-getter. You take initiative, you don't wait to be told twice, and you're excited by a role where no two days look the same.

  • A fast learner. New tools, new processes, new people — you pick things up quickly and aren't afraid to ask questions.

  • Fantastic with people. Empathetic and patient, especially with people who find new tech a bit daunting. You build trust fast.

  • A strong communicator. Clear, warm, professional — in writing and out loud.

  • Comfortable in front of a room. You don't need to have run training before, but the idea of presenting to a group doesn't put you off, and you're keen to build that skill.

  • Organised. You can juggle live queries, a training calendar and admin without dropping the ball.

Nice to haves (not required):

  • Experience in customer or product support

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar

  • Interest in social impact, government, or the not-for-profit sector

  • Experience creating simple training materials or guides

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary of A$70k - A$85k

  • Competitive range of perks based on geography

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, location and previous experience

Perks

  • Annual leave: 23 days of annual leave, with 3 additional days reserved for the Christmas period. Plus National public holidays

  • Sabbatical: Eligibility for a 6-week sabbatical after 3 years of service

  • Superannuation: Employer contributions as standard

  • Financial Coaching: Access a personal financial well-being coach through Bippit

  • One off work-from-home budget to create a comfortable & productive work station

  • Mental Health: Confidential access to 1:1 therapy and coaching via Oliva

  • Wellness Budget: $400 annual WellBeam budget for personal wellness and professional development activities.

  • Mindfulness: Free premium subscription to the Calm app

  • Enhanced Parental Leave: 18 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers, inclusive of PLP
