About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Associate, who will be in the forefront of driving efficiency and running day to day operations for the coaching team to help our users get the most out of their coaching experiences. You'll combine your passion for processes and strategy with the coaching world to create meaningful, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities
● Own coach demand forecasting and planning in line with upcoming client launches.
● Update reporting on all coaching operations metrics, highlighting any issues and
suggesting potential solutions to assist strategic decision making.
● Manage coach calendars and check/approve coach invoices.
● Play a key role in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of coaches.
● Ensure that onboarding coaches are set-up on the right systems, and assisting in
setting up coach training sessions.
● Drive efficiency by identifying gaps and creating and rolling out new strategies both
within the coaching team and cross-functionally.
● Continuously review and optimise existing processes and measure the effectiveness
of new operational changes.
● Project manage special projects delivered by the coaching team (for example, our
new LMS system).

● Comfortable with a fast-paced start-up environment.
● High level of written and verbal communication.
● Ability to handle ambiguity.
● Strong organisation & collaboration skills.
● Operational and strategic mindset with proven commercial and technical
understanding of problems.
● Exceptional critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve independently
and quickly.
