About the Role
We are looking for an innovative, creative, and accredited/credentialed coach to join our team at Bloom.
As a Bloom Affiliate Coach, you will be an experienced career coach delivering monthly multi-modal (video/audio/chat) coaching check-ins aligned with Bloom’s Impact Coaching methodology. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching interventions, helping professionals across industries gain clarity, take action, and progress in their careers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable delivering action-oriented coaching, using coaching and mentoring capabilities as part of a learning experience and deliver high value at every coaching session.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class career championing coaching to users across a variety of industries, roles, and experience levels.
- A good track record of delivering successful short-term coaching interventions.
- Support when users face obstacles—unearthing insights, sharing relevant resources, and offering frameworks to drive their growth.
- Case management skills—manage multiple clients across different organizations, identifying trends, patterns, and significant changes within each business to enhance our support and coaching approach.
- Stay up to speed on each client’s progress, supporting them in achieving their goals and maintaining focus between check-ins.
- Provide structured feedback from coaching sessions and report any tech-related issues to the internal team.
About You
This role is for you if you:
- Have a proven track record in short-term, high-impact coaching interventions.
- Are a mid to experienced career coach with a minimum of 150+ hours of coaching experience and a recognized coaching credential/accreditation (e.g., EMCC, ACC, or equivalent).
- Have a strong coaching toolkit with a broad knowledge of career coaching resources, frameworks, and strategies to support a diverse client base.
- Are an adaptable communicator who can flex your coaching style, tone, and approach to meet different client needs.
- Are tech-savvy and a quick learner, comfortable using digital coaching tools, communication platforms, and new technologies.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and case notes simultaneously.
- Thrive in a startup environment, where things move fast and adaptability is key.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver 30-minute coaching check-ins with Bloom clients.
- Input case management data before and after check-ins to ensure continuity and effectiveness.
- Attend weekly Bloom team stand-ups, as well as training, and case management review meetings.
