We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual who’s not afraid of hard work and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact. This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment — it’s not for the faint-hearted, but it is an exciting chance to help influence and shape how we deliver coaching at scale.
You don’t need to have a coaching qualification — what matters is that you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and driven to continuously improve systems and processes. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team focused on making every coaching experience feel seamless and high quality.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Owning and optimising our coach onboarding process
- Supporting and improving day-to-day coaching operations
- Helping maintain internal systems and tooling
- Coordinating coach communications and schedules
- Keeping things moving during busy periods and helping us stay one step ahead
This is a brilliant opportunity to get stuck in, learn fast, and contribute meaningfully to a team and product that’s growing quickly. This is a hybrid (2 days a week in a co-working space) London-based role.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, proactive, and energised by working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, tackle new challenges, and figure things out on the fly — all while keeping the trains running on time.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams (coaching, operations, product)
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- Are tech-savvy and confident learning new tools and systems quickly
- Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
- Are proactive and solutions-focused — you spot inefficiencies and take action to improve them
- Enjoy solving operational puzzles and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes
