We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support Bloom’s growth by delivering accurate, insightful reporting and helping us deepen our understanding of user and performance of the organisations we work with.

About the role

As a Data Analyst Intern at Bloom, you will play a key role in ensuring that our teams have fast, reliable access to the data they need. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product and Coaching Operations to support reporting insights across clients and internal metrics.

This role is perfect for someone who is diligent, hardworking, and eager to learn. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of tools (BigQuery, Airtable, Retool, Mixpanel) and reporting workflows, and you’ll gain hands-on experience in building the insights that shape business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Preparation – Pull and clean data from BigQuery, Airtable, Retool, and Mixpanel and create reports.
• Translate data into actionable insights — distil complex data into clear, compelling narratives that enable clients and internal stakeholders to understand what matters and act with confidence.
• Ability to Create and run Data Queries — develop efficient, accurate queries to locate, filter, and prepare data for generating insights.
• Weekly, Monthly & Annual Reporting – Create and maintain dashboards and data packs.
• Data Quality Management – Conduct data checks, flag inconsistencies, and ensure reporting is accurate and reliable.
• Process Improvement – Help streamline reporting processes and documentation to improve speed and accuracy.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with Customer Success, Product, and Coaching to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Experience: Early-career candidate or student with a strong interest in data analysis and customer success.
• Technical Skills: Some familiarity with SQL (basic), spreadsheets, or analytics platforms.
• Fast Learner: Able to pick up tools and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• High Attention to Detail: Highly diligent, thorough, and careful when working with data.
• Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting trends, and solving problems.
• Communication: Clear and professional communication, especially when sharing data insights.
• Ownership & Work Ethic: Takes pride in high-quality work and cares about contributing to Bloom’s mission.
• Adaptability: Open to learning new systems and adjusting to changing business priorities.
