At Bloom, we're on a mission to make exceptional professional development accessible at scale.
Bloom Live is our newest product—a series of highly interactive, 45-minute live learning experiences designed for hundreds (and sometimes thousands) of employees at a time. Blending coaching, facilitation and practical leadership development, Bloom Live helps people leave every session with fresh insight and one action they can immediately apply.

We're looking for exceptional facilitators to bring these experiences to life.

This isn't traditional facilitation

Bloom provides the learning design, frameworks and guest interviews.

Your role is to transform that content into an engaging, high-energy experience that feels conversational, practical and human.

You'll facilitate discussions, interview senior leaders, respond to audience interaction in real time, and create learning experiences that are memorable long after the session ends.

Think less webinar. More live television meets coaching.

You'll be a great fit if you...

  • Thrive in front of a live audience and can quickly create energy, connection and engagement.
  • Are a confident facilitator who can move fluidly between coaching, storytelling, teaching and discussion.
  • Can explain leadership concepts in a practical, accessible and memorable way.
  • Feel comfortable interviewing senior leaders and adapting naturally to audience questions and live interaction.
  • Bring warmth, authenticity and presence, balancing structure with spontaneity.
  • Enjoy presenting without relying heavily on slides, using conversation and interaction to bring learning to life.
  • Are confident using technology and excited by the opportunity to shape a new, innovative learning experience.
  • Have a collaborative, startup mindset and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where ideas continue to evolve.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum ICF ACC (or equivalent coaching qualification)
  • Leadership or management experience from your professional career
  • Experience facilitating workshops, webinars or large-group learning experiences
  • Excellent communication and audience engagement skills
  • Confidence using virtual platforms and digital technology
  • Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for building something new

Remuneration & Onboarding

Successful facilitators will receive £125 per Bloom Live session, inclusive of both preparation and delivery of the 45-minute session.
Before delivering client sessions, all facilitators will complete a paid onboarding and training programme, designed to build confidence with the Bloom Live format, platform and facilitation style. This includes hands-on practice and feedback to ensure you're set up for success before going live with clients.

Why Bloom?

We're building the future of coaching.

Bloom combines coaching, technology and behavioural science to make professional development more accessible, engaging and measurable than ever before.

As one of our founding Bloom Live facilitators, you'll help shape a completely new product while reaching thousands of people with meaningful learning experiences.

If you're excited by the idea of coaching at scale and love creating unforgettable live experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

The Task - Upload an Example of Your Virtual Facilitation
In your application, please provide a link to a minimum 10-minute recording that showcases your facilitation in a virtual setting.

Where possible, we’d love to see you facilitating a live audience. However, if you don’t have an existing recording, you’re welcome to create one and use a simulated audience if needed.

Your recording should give us a sense of how you engage participants and bring learning to life. If possible, we’d like to see evidence of one or more of the following:

  • Creating energy and engagement from the outset
  • Facilitating audience interaction
  • Explaining a concept or framework clearly
  • Interviewing or interacting with another speaker
  • Guiding discussion and responding naturally to participants
  • Closing with a practical takeaway or call to action

Please note: We’re interested in seeing you as a facilitator, so we’d prefer that you don’t rely on slides or a formal presentation. If a visual aid genuinely helps explain a concept, you’re welcome to use one slide, but we’re primarily looking to see how you create an engaging, conversational learning experience.

Bloom welcomes applications from facilitators and coaches from all backgrounds, industries and lived experiences. We're committed to building a community that reflects the diversity of the organisations and people we support.
