  • Mentorship and Leadership: Share your knowledge and expertise with team members. Lead by example and contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest trends in web development, including responsive design, progressive web apps, and serverless architectures. Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to enhance performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Full-Stack Expertise: Extensive experience in developing web applications with React, NextJS, Python DRF or similar, and designing and implementing APIs. A good understanding of AWS services is preferred.
  • UX/UI Sensibility: Demonstrated ability to work closely with design teams to implement user experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering creative and pragmatic solutions.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

Technology Stack

Our technology stack is centered around modern frameworks and cloud services, including React, NextJS, Python, APIs, AWS (Cloudfront, Serverless, S3, EC2, PostgreSQL), and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.

Benefits:
