Streamline & support the sales team in customer contracting process

• Maintain and upgrade our modular contract package for three main products
• Control customer contract in the negotiation process and provide legal advice to sales teams (together with external commercial lawyers occasionally)
• Support in Automation of Configure, price, quote (CPQ) process together with Sales Ops manager
• Manage the company’s database of customer contracts
• Other ad-hoc admin tasks in the sales process

Upgrade the process of Supplier Contract Management

• Establish the process for supplier contract review and control in the signature process
• Manage the company database for supplier contracts, and implement subscription management tool.
• Monitor and analyse recurring subscription expenses, building a strategy for future cost savings
• Lead in the Supplier contract negotiation process and collaborate with department heads to realise the cost saving strategies

Other Legal & Financial Duties

• Manage the entire group's insurance policies
• Support in other compliance and legal related matters

• Education the field of business or legal (for example, Bachelor's degree with specialisation in business or legal (m/f/d))
• Proven experience in control or contract review, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of contract management tools and subscription management tools, Excel or Sheets (as well as the entire Microsoft Office or Google Suite)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work independently, high willingness to take responsibility

• Social skills and a talent for organisation
• Must be fluent in German and English (spoken and writing)
