As a FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for managing financial data analysis supporting Finance, ExCo and the Business Intelligence teams by identifying relevant insights and compiling analytical reports enabling Loadsure to make data based decisions. You will be highly organised and comfortable building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders. Stakeholder management and communication will be vital to the success of the role.

Key Responsibilities;

• Organising data into accessible reports and performing various types of analysis using key metrics including financial mode working closely with Finance Reporting team
• You will study all aspects of Loadsure financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
• Analysing current and past financial data and performance - you will be actively involved in developing data output/telemetry between the Company’s CRM and financial reporting working closely with Business Intelligence.
• Prepare reports and projections based on analysis and turning data into visible dashboards and financial models.
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
• Assisting on ad hoc projects as required by manager, CFO, and occasionally other business units

Skills and Qualifications;

Essential;

• Relevant certification (CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified)
• Part qualified of desire to study toward CFA
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Familiarity with financial programs and software
• Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Desirable;

• Experience in startups/scaleups
• Experience in insurance
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting
