What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

• As Senior Data Scientist you will be responsible for delivering machine learning models supporting our digital products, services and operations, e.g., recommender systems, lifetime value prediction, demand forecasting, etc..
• You will be accountable for the Machine Learning Models full life cycle, from definition, experimentation and evaluation to development, deployment and iteration.
• You will collaborate actively in establishing data science technical standards and quality processes in the models you build.
• You will collaborate with the Product Manager, the Tech Lead, and the Business stakeholders to prioritize and work in an agile way.
• Ship fast and often, measuring the impact using a robust experimentation framework.
• As a data owner, you will need to be able to connect business problems with model solutions.
• You will need to be able to visualize your analysis results clearly and unambiguously.
• Ability to analyze key metrics and business impacts.

What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)

• To feel comfortable in the project, you should ideally have at least 3 years of real experience as a Data Scientist working on product-oriented projects and productizing models; from inception to deployment.
• Able to develop product ready data models and pipelines using Python and Spark technologies.
• Experience using MlFlow ecosystem or other data models CI/CD technologies.
• Experience using platforms such as Databricks, Dataiku, AWS Sagemaker, etc. is welcome.
• You have a clear vision of the steps of a ML project and you can share it with others.
• You want to work in a multidisciplinary team and profiles: internal and external team members, stakeholders, providers.
• You should have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, recommender systems, statistical inference, causal inference, time series analysis, decision theory, mathematical optimisation.
• You must have a good level of English, as we are an international company.

• You would be a top candidate if you have experience on Recommender Systems, using Python, Spark and MlFlow.
