What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

The person joining our Acquisition team is someone analytical oriented who will be able to work in cross-functional teams and will be able to lead highly impactful projects.

• Lead and close our influencer marketing collabs for Germany and other markets: identify growth opportunities, improve processes and increase the performance of these activations (70% of your focus)
• Identify and develop new opportunities to support acquisition goals using other channels: SEO, affiliate marketing or Partnerships (30% of your focus)
• You will analyse the results of the campaigns/activations
• You will work closely with the creative team giving feedback on how to improve those campaigns with new creative concepts and ideas.
• You will work with large budgets that will help create the best campaigns

What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience))

• You have more than 1 year of experience on Influencer Marketing activations (focus on Acquisition goals is a plus).
• If you have a good level of German and English.
• You have a high-medium knowledge and experience working with excel.
