What will make you successful as a Personal Shopper at Lookiero?

• Having previous experience in the Fashion Industry as is key to being able to understand different types of morphologies and understand what the customer really needs.
• You like to write. It will help you out when writing personalized notes to our customers describing the looks that you have prepared for them.
• You speak German and English fluently. German will be the language that you will write to the clients, and English is the language that we speak within the team
• Being comfortable with technologies. You will be working remotely with the platform we have developed for our Personal Shoppers.
• Organization. Managing your time is key to being able to reach your targets.

You might be wondering, what will I do as a Supervisor of Personal Shopper?

As a Personal Shopper:

• You will select 5 garments to create several outfits from our internal stock depending on the customer's needs.
• You will write a personalized note to her explaining why you have chosen the items, and how she can combine them.

As a Supervisor:

• Meet your own KPIs and your teams. You will guide and coordinate your team members for improvement.
• You will be involved in other projects related to other topics and related to the German market.
