At Lookiero we’re looking for a talented Content Creator - based in Bilbao - to drive the growth of our digital communities. As Content Creator, you’ll play a crucial role in engaging our audience, and building our brand through high quality and inspiring content.

What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

Blog:

• Topic and Keyword Research: Identify and propose relevant topics for the blog, aligned with the channel's strategy, by conducting keyword research.
• Content Conceptualization: Develop relevant and engaging content ideas that resonate with our audience, focusing on driving web traffic.
• Brief Preparation and Collaboration Management: Create detailed briefs for each post and coordinate with stylists/personal shoppers to obtain specific style advice. Also, work with designers and retouchers for the visuals needed for each post.
• Creating and Publishing: Write blog articles, manage their translation, and upload the content to our blog platform.
• Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of posts using web analytics tools to adjust and improve the content strategy.

Social Media:

• Content Conceptualization and Creation: Develop ideas and content for social media that reinforce the brand positioning and connect with our audience.
• Shooting Assistance: Collaborate in photo and video shoots taking ownership of the part of social media and the blog.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends and join them if they fit the brand, implementing creative actions with the rest of the social media squad.
• Create Compelling Organic Video Content: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos tailored for our digital channels.

What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how, and experience)

• Degree in Advertising and PR, Marketing or similar.
• At least 2 years' experience in creating and editing content for blogs, social media and/or other digital channels.
• Passion for writing and storytelling.
• You demonstrate ownership and proactivity, taking initiative and driving projects forward with enthusiasm and organisation.
• Organisational skills and ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.
• Be up to date with digital trends and topics of conversation in social media, with a creative mind to adapt to them in an agile way.
• Notions of video editing for social media and other digital channels.
• Knowledge of SEO and skills to implement optimization strategies would be a plus.

• Intermediate - Advanced level of English.
