What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

Logistics planning & coordination – Plan and oversee the receiving, storage, and movement of incoming goods. Collaborate with Buying, Stock, and outbound teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.

Supplier, Buying & WH teams Collaboration – Communicate with suppliers and the buying team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and address any issue related to inbound flow (delivery issues, damaged goods, or supplier delays…)

Process Optimization – Improve inbound workflows to enhance WH process efficiency, space and handling management and reduce delays. Collaborate with the Buying team to define and implement new delivery terms and logistics formats.

System & Data Management – Design, develop and maintain traceability systems. Evaluate the need for new tools such as an ERP or WMS systems for the operations well functioning.

Reporting & KPIs - Track inbound performance metrics (lead times, receiving accuracy, etc.) and prepare regular reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
What will make you succeed?

Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail.

Know-How: Understanding of supply chain processes, inbound logistics, stock control, and supplier coordination.

Experience: 2–5 years in inbound logistics, inventory management, or supply chain roles, preferably in retail.

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required to ensure effective communication with internal teams and international partners.
