What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

• Logistics planning & coordination – Plan and oversee the receiving, storage, and movement of incoming goods. Collaborate with Buying, Stock, and outbound teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.

• Supplier, Buying & WH teams Collaboration – Communicate with suppliers and the buying team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and address any issue related to inbound flow (delivery issues, damaged goods, or supplier delays…)

• Process Optimization – Improve inbound workflows to enhance WH process efficiency, space and handling management and reduce delays. Collaborate with the Buying team to define and implement new delivery terms and logistics formats.

• System & Data Management – Design, develop and maintain traceability systems. Evaluate the need for new tools such as an ERP or WMS systems for the operations well functioning.

• Reporting & KPIs - Track inbound performance metrics (lead times, receiving accuracy, etc.) and prepare regular reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

What will make you succeed?

• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail.

• Know-How: Understanding of supply chain processes, inbound logistics, stock control, and supplier coordination.

• Experience: 2–5 years in inbound logistics, inventory management, or supply chain roles, preferably in retail.

• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required to ensure effective communication with internal teams and international partners.
