Salary: £45,000 + bonus + company health insurance

The company is a small but rapidly growing team of 31, backed by recent Series A funding with plans for geographical expansion, including launching in the US and securing EU safety certifications. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Growth Marketer to join a mission-driven company at an early stage.
Role Overview:
The Growth Marketer will play a pivotal role in driving Measurable.energy’s marketing efforts, focusing on outbound campaigns, managing the contact database, and optimising website performance. They will collaborate closely with content managers on key initiatives such as press releases and articles, ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively executed.
This role involves taking ownership of LinkedIn campaigns and managing the integration of HubSpot to ensure smooth marketing automation and lead nurturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in small business environments, where taking accountability and contributing to the mission is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed and executed outbound marketing campaigns in collaboration with content managers.
- Oversee LinkedIn campaigns and maintain the contact database, with a focus on leveraging HubSpot for campaign management.
- Drive website performance, focusing on SEO and Google Ads to generate inbound leads.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing effectiveness, including inbound leads and overall campaign performance.
- Support the company’s expansion into the US and EU, with an emphasis on short-term funding goals tied to safety certifications.
- Contribute to Measurable.energy’s mission by aligning marketing efforts with the company’s goal to reduce carbon emissions and help businesses achieve net-zero targets.
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience with small businesses, particularly in early-stage environments.
- Proficiency in managing HubSpot and other marketing tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong accountability and a track record of taking ownership of marketing initiatives.
- A passion for the company’s mission and the ability to commit to long-term goals.
- B2B experience is key; SaaS experience is not required.
- A stable career background (not a job-hopper) with demonstrated success in previous roles.
