The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager with start-up and/or SaaS experience. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our software development teams and our end users, ensuring our clients can fully leverage our platform to meet their complex needs. Responsibilities:
- Support developers, utilities, and funds in integrating Modo Energy’s platform into their strategic-making processes.
- Guide customers in using Modo Energy’s software suite to construct long-term power market scenarios, leveraging your expertise in power markets and understanding of our modeling tools.
- Help clients navigate and interpret complex results, resolving a wide range of troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with team leadership to coordinate resources across various strategic activities associated across the user base.
- Oversee the integration of Modo Energy’s software suite into client operations.
- Understand client pain points and convey these back to the product teams to refine product roadmaps according to user needs.
- Monitor, track, and report on health of software accounts, taking proactive steps to anticipate and resolve incidents before escalation.
- Implement initiatives to promote Modo Energy’s software community within the region.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a major consulting or tech firm, energy company, financial services company, or other knowledge-driven firm.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products, any sort of understanding of power markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics of both technical and non-technical audiences across different seniority levels.
- Strong process management skills, with experience in leading and delivering time-critical projects.
- Confident stakeholder management abilities, able to collaborate cross-functionally to drive new initiatives.
- Self-starter with a creative problem-solving approach.
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and derive insights from complex quantitative data.
Important Details:
- We work in a Hybrid Environment: You split your time between working from home and working in our London office (Tuesday - Thursday).
