About the Role

We are seeking a highly-motivated individual with digital marketing experience, ideally in CRM, to join our team. Reporting to our Global Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be part of a small - yet impactful! - Growth team, supporting marketing initiatives from a CRM perspective, driving engagement and retention for our subscribers globally. You'll develop creative ideas and strategies with local Marketing teams across the world to drive subscriber engagement by connecting them to great cinema.

You will focus on:

  • Collaborating with marketing teams on various global and local CRM campaigns.

  • Approving and organizing briefs into a CRM calendar, while reducing CRM pressure and optimizing performance.

  • Supporting teams with the implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives.

  • Reviewing and approving local and global campaigns.

  • Utilize CRM tools and strategies to maximize engagement across all channels (email, push, etc.), including A/B testing and basic HTML and personalisation

  • Analyze and evaluate our CRM campaigns to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve engagement, retention, and overall effectiveness.

  • Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and customers.

What you will bring:

  • 2-3 years of related marketing experience working as a Marketing professional

  • A fast and proactive learner, eager to dive into tasks and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment

  • A confident and effective communicator with strong writing skills

  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, experience using Braze is a strong benefit

  • Analytics-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize and assess data, and clearly communicate results and recommendations

  • A creative thinker with lots of ideas and ability to optimise data for our CRM channels

  • A strong independent team member with attention to detail

  • An interest in cinema
