About the role

MUBI is looking for a Releases Delivery Coordinator to support the team responsible for bringing MUBI titles to the big screen. Working closely with the Operations, Distribution and Sales teams, you will play a key role in delivering our titles to bigger (and smaller) screens for audiences from all around the world.

This role will primarily focus on maintaining the timely delivery of all film elements to a multitude of clients - our new delivery coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling requests for asset delivery to external vendors, festivals and screening sites, effectively making sure our titles are ready to see everywhere at the time of release.

You will focus on:

  • Reception, ingestion and storage of received materials for MUBI Releases

  • Performing technical QA checks on all ingested and exported materials

  • Coordinating internal print traffic for festivals, promotional screenings or small theatrical window campaigns, including KDM management

  • Timely submission of AV materials to our key TVOD/SVOD partners

  • Content uploads for rating and awards submissions

What you will bring:

  • Experience in print traffic operations and digital asset management

  • Knowledge of industry standard file transfer protocols (e.g. Aspera, Signiant, FTP)

  • Understanding of DCP related terminology and formats

  • Knowledge of digital distribution platforms

  • Solid understanding of video codecs, file formats, frame rates, compression and resolutions

  • Experience in live or quick turnaround post-production environments

  • Effective communication and interaction skills
