About the Role
We are seeking an experienced communications professional to work within our UK communications team on our upcoming festival, theatrical, platform and awards slate. This role is based in London, working closely with the UK Distribution team and the wider Global Communications, Marketing and Content teams. MUBI’s Communications team is responsible for global corporate and consumer communications, film and platform publicity, talent management and awards.
Where you’ll have impact:
Managing theatrical and platform publicity campaigns on select UK/IE titles
Working closely with the Director of Communications, UK/IE on managing the UK retained publicity agencies
Supporting the Director of Communications, UK/IE and the wider team on UK and Ireland awards campaigns
Working with the UK marketing and brand teams on local brand activations and special events
Assisting with in-person activities in the UK and Ireland, including festivals, premieres, awards screenings, and previews

Experience (4+ years) in UK film/entertainment publicity either in-house and/or agency side, with experience working on independent and international films
Track record of working with talent
Experience working on film festivals and film awards campaigns
Knowledgeable of today’s film industry and streaming landscape in the UK
Entrepreneurial attitude: highly self-motivated and autonomous, thrives in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable attention to detail and highly organised
Confident managing budgets and using resources efficiently and savvily
