About MUBI
MUBI is a global streaming service, production company and film distributor dedicated to elevating great cinema. To make this possible, we create, curate, acquire and champion visionary films, bringing them to audiences all over the world. We have a team of brilliant, dedicated and passionate people to help bring our mission to life. From London to New York, Istanbul to Paris, and Berlin to Mexico - we work together to realize MUBI’s vision.
That’s where you come in! Join our global team and help us make great cinema accessible to everyone, everywhere.
About the Role
In the role of CRM Lifecycle Manager, you'll be working on both execution (in our CRM tool, Braze) and strategy. You'll work closely to develop creative ideas for Acquisition & Retention CRM initiatives and automations, partnering with our Product, Engineering & Marketing teams across the world. You'll drive subscriber lifetime value via upsell and cross-sell, and implement initiatives to mitigate churn risk, while connecting audiences everywhere to great cinema.
Where you’ll have impact:
End-to-end implementation of global acquisition and retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.). This involves everything from developing automation’s strategy to briefing creative assets, data integration and owning testing.
Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve retention, and overall effectiveness.
Optimise CRM automations with continuous A/B testing and experimenting.
Collaborate with the wider CRM & Lifecycle team to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes.
Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing teams on specific automation needs and projects, to promote and champion a more holistic approach to acquisition and retention.
Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and customers.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years working as a CRM professional in a similar marketing role
Extensive experience using Braze or a similar marketing platform i.e. in-depth knowledge of lifecycle automations, Liquid templating language or equivalent, personalisation and data integration via content blocks. Experience with machine learning automation is a strong plus.
Confident technical implementation with experience in cross-channel and multi-language CRM campaigns.
Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in setup and execution
Analytics-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesise and assess data, and clearly communicate results and recommendations
Entrepreneurial attitude: highly self-motivated and autonomous, thrives in a fast-paced environment
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts
Passion for cinema, especially independent and international films, is a plus.
We want to make cinema accessible to everyone. We believe people from different backgrounds bring different ideas that foster innovation and engagement, allowing us to attract great people to develop the best experience for our users.
