About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth through Channel partnerships and directly selling our products to accounts with up to 2500 users. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated sales professional to contribute to our company's expansion.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential new business opportunities within the defined market segment of accounts with up to 2500 users.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Prospect and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events.
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services to prospects.
Lead consultative sales discussions, understanding clients' unique requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Continuously stay updated on industry best practices, product knowledge, and emerging trends to effectively communicate our offerings to clients.
About you
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
Experience selling to accounts with up to 2500 users is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Location
Red Sift is headquartered in the heart of Soho, London. While we uphold a flexible remote working policy to accommodate modern work dynamics, we do require our Sales team members to maintain a commutable distance, ensuring their availability for training and client meetings.
