As the Treasury Assistant, you will support the Treasury Manager in all aspects of the function taking responsibility for key areas of the process. You will develop strong relationships across the wider company finance function including the Shared Service Centre, Financial plus Management Accounting and Tax. You will have an understanding of Treasury processes and will work to identify potential improvements to current activities.

How you will make a difference:

• You'll be an integral part of the Group's cash forecast, contributing to accurate financial planning and helping us stay ahead in our financial strategies.

• Taking charge of setting up and approving Treasury payments, ensuring our financial transactions are executed seamlessly and securely.

• Handling banking queries, creating new users, and managing permissions.

• Assisting the team in providing daily bank balance information and weekly reports.

• Liaising with internal teams to understand bank requirements in new markets, enabling successful expansion into new markets.

• Ensuring accuracy and precision in month-end balances, supporting our financial compliance and reporting requirements.

What will give you an advantage:

• 2+ years Treasury experience in a multinational business

• Mandatory proficiency with JPM, HSBC, BNP bank portals

• Analytical, effective planner, and problem solver

• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills

• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, sums)

• Excellent communication skills for a global and diverse team environment
