This Role in a Nutshell:

Product operations, or prod ops, is an emerging discipline designed to help product teams operate as effectively as possible. The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager with a strong background in data analysis, insights generation, outcome alignment, and stakeholder management. As a key member of our Product team, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions, ensuring alignment between product initiatives and desired outcomes, and effectively managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. If you have a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimizing product processes, and fostering collaboration across teams, this role is perfect for you.

How you will make a difference:

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Collaborate with the Product Management team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret product usage data, user behavior, and market trends.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations that guide product strategy and direction.
• Identify areas of opportunity and areas of concern by continuously monitoring and evaluating performance metrics.

Insight Generation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to extract insights that inform product enhancements and optimizations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.
• Lead the process of conducting user research and gathering customer feedback to enhance product features and user experiences in collaboration with our designers.

Outcome Alignment:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to align product initiatives with strategic business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor progress towards desired outcomes, identifying potential roadblocks and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Participate in the definition and refinement of product roadmaps with the product line leads, based on insights and performance data.

Stakeholder Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating data insights into actionable recommendations that drive decision-making.
• Present data-driven insights and progress updates to executive leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Process Optimization:

• Champion the adoption of tools and technologies that enable streamlined data collection, analysis, and reporting.

What will give you an advantage:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid experience with product management principles and agile methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude towards process improvement.
