Business Development Manager Technology, Staff Leasing (Milan, Turin)

Join forces with our Market Leader, and embark on a journey where you'll connect with and captivate target companies, presenting our staff leasing services. Your mission? To craft sales strategies that resonate with key decision-makers, winning their trust as you nurture and expand a loyal customer base.
How you will make a difference:
Driving the market business development strategy in Italy and industries assigned
Coordinating with other Sales Representatives to create pan-European and Global value propositions integrated with other services
Coordinating with the European Marketing team for specific actions for Italy
Generating leads, creating opportunities, meeting clients and negotiating contracts until closing
Creating a network of sales partners and diversified sales channels
Monitoring Operations team to deliver Client work orders
Working with the team to define Staff Leasing template documents
Defining and establishing employer branding communication to attract candidates
Maintaining appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records
Understanding and promoting company programs
What will give you an advantage:
University Degree, preferably in Business Administration
Native Italian and Intermediate English (written and spoken)
3-4+ years of working experience, gained in selling IT staff-leasing services
Former employee of a temporary employment agency
Comfortable with sales activities, discussions with prospects and customers, and closing deals.
Used to work in a fast-paced environment.
