Due to the demands of continued success in our growing US market, we are now seeking a driven, detail oriented, and experienced account executive to fulfill the role of new business Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager your primary responsibility is to build relationships with Enterprise accounts, identify strong opportunities, and WIN BIG.

Combined with this core focus our representatives are role models within the business. Demonstrating and applying your experiences you will have an influential seat in the growth team, helping us to continue to improve and develop our capabilities through regular exposure to key departmental leaders and build your reputation as an agent for change.

In addition, core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identify the right opportunities from leads – through a combination of Discovery Due Diligence, Account and Engagement Planning
  • Build Target Account strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel Partnerships
  • Own and control the sales process for each opportunity – combining internal / external stakeholder management, attention to detail, critical thinking and solution influencing leveraging the Safeguard Way structure
  • Using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track contacts, accounts and generate new opportunities, Focused on hunting and developing new accounts in the middle enterprise market space
  • Effectively managing pipeline including generating analysis and reports for management team
  • Developing a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles. Implementing sales & pipeline building market strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with executives and key decision makers in Mid Enterprises.
  • Handling objections from potential sales opportunities

Skills Required:

  • 5 years proven experience working within new business sales.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines with an eye for detail and a calm approach when under pressure
  • Tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature with the Desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organization
  • Excellent Communicator both written and verbal, you know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it
  • A confident negotiator and influencer, liaising with C-Level Executives.
  • Ability to use CRM and other on-line tools effectively
