The role in a nutshell:

We are currently seeking a 360 Business Development Manager in Malaga to oversee the growth of the international brand Safeguard Global within the designated region. The role involves implementing a comprehensive strategy to attract and retain potential clients for our specialized services in Temporary Employment and recruitment consulting.

How you will make a difference:

  • Developing new prospects with potential in our services and converting them into clients, while simultaneously fostering volume growth and ensuring client loyalty.

  • Conducting presentations to companies on behalf of Safeguard Global, showcasing our HR services in Temporary Employment and Recruitment Consulting.

  • Collaborating on budgets and actively negotiating to successfully close contracts with companies.

  • Describing and analyzing the positions requested for the implementation of the service.

  • Globally managing the corresponding selection processes, including ongoing recruitment, curriculum screening, presentation of pre-selected candidates, and generating corresponding reports, as well as accompanying and defending these until the completion of the process.

What will give you an advantage:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field.

  • Intermediate level of English proficiency (will be assessed during the interview).

  • 1+ year of experience in business development within the Human Resources sector, specifically in Temporary Employment and/or recruitment consultancy.

  • Experience in the global management of selection orders for generalist profiles is essential.

  • Solid commercial skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the context of contacting companies within a multinational environment.

  • A focus on excellence in quality and a strong customer orientation.

  • Demonstrated experience and agility in closing selection orders, showcasing an ability to attract top talent.
