The role in a nutshell:
As our Global Solutions Advisor you will consult with prospective clients in the French and Spanish market to understand their global expansion needs, focused to provide our clients with the most suitable solution.
How you will make a difference:
Develop sales opportunities: from pro-active prospect nurturing, self-generated leads, leads from marketing lists, and warm leads from various business areas.
Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries with our disruptive virtual approach (and some occasional client site visits).
Work alongside clients on any issues and leveraging the right internal departments to ensure items are resolved promptly
Build and maintain a client profile, client mapping, and client retention plans, engaging with your accounts to understand their growth strategy and offer the best solutions for them
Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed targets
Identify and develop new sources for sales opportunities, including channel partnerships.
What will give you an advantage:
Strong communication skills in Spanish, French and English language is a must
Successful background experience within B2B consultative selling and lead generation
Salesforce experience would be advantageous
Understanding customers' needs and offer them the best solutions to adapt to the demands of today's market
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and business partners
Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
