360° Business Development and Recruitment Consultant in Coruña

We are looking to hire a dynamic 360° Business Development and Recruitment Consultant to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and to support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Bilbao.
How you will make a difference:
You will make a difference by identifying business opportunities and by collaborating with the Market Leader, by contacting and delivering company presentations to target companies for staff leasing services. Having the ability to shape sales strategies and reach out to key decision-makers and build their trust by managing your own group of assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and developing long-term relations with them.
By maintaining appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records. With good organizational capabilities: appropriate document-keeping, setting priorities in order to get things well done and on time. And last but not least by being a team-player, you can collaborate with other Safeguard departments in order to meet our goals.
What will give you an advantage:
- University Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Native Spanish and Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Working experience, gained in selling staff-leasing services.
- Former employee of a temporary employment agency
- Comfortable with sales activities, discussions with prospects and customers, and closing deals.
- Used to work in a fast-paced environment.
