We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative through strategic content creation, data-driven optimization, and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Senior Brand and Content Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing content strategy and managing content roadmaps that align with our brand and marketing goals. This position is a unique opportunity to influence and grow with a leading company in the global payroll sectormaking a substantial impact through your creativity and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging and high-quality content aligned with company positioning and verticals, including blog posts, eBooks, webinars, case studies, website content, emails, video scripts, and social media posts.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to organize and schedule content initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of content in alignment with marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, alliance, and product teams to produce content that meets business objectives.

  • Analyze performance and SEO trends, utilizing data insights to optimize engagement, conversion rates, and organic visibility from the initial creation stage to ongoing reviews of published materials.

  • Conduct thorough research, meeting with thought leaders, staying updated on industry trends, and understanding customer challenges to inform and enhance content strategies.

  • Review and edit written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the company's brand positioning, tone, messaging, and style guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to align with industry trends and strategically engage our audiences at different stages of the marketing funnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in content marketing or a related field.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Knowledge of SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
