Content Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Brand and Content Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing content strategy and managing content roadmaps that align with our brand and marketing goals. This position is a unique opportunity to influence and grow with a leading company in the global payroll sector—making a substantial impact through your creativity and strategic insight.
Produce engaging and high-quality content aligned with company positioning and verticals, including blog posts, eBooks, webinars, case studies, website content, emails, video scripts, and social media posts.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to organize and schedule content initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of content in alignment with marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, alliance, and product teams to produce content that meets business objectives.
Analyze performance and SEO trends, utilizing data insights to optimize engagement, conversion rates, and organic visibility from the initial creation stage to ongoing reviews of published materials.
Conduct thorough research, meeting with thought leaders, staying updated on industry trends, and understanding customer challenges to inform and enhance content strategies.
Review and edit written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the company's brand positioning, tone, messaging, and style guidelines.
Collaborate with the creative team to align with industry trends and strategically engage our audiences at different stages of the marketing funnel.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in content marketing or a related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
