How you will make a difference:

• Understand all aspects of Health and Welfare plans and processes in order to effectively provide customer service
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as the point of contact on issue resolution for employees
• Maintain positive and proactive communication/coordination between various stakeholders in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees
• Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements
• Assist with routine and periodic process audits.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements; communications and working with vendors as needed.
• Research and recommend plan to client as needed.
• Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
• Provide client specific training to team and mentor Associate & Analyst

What will make you stand out:

• 3-7 years of experience in benefits administration
• Bachelor’s Degree Working knowledge of setting up statutory/supplementary insurance benefits
• Strong MS excel and word skills
• Knowledge about insurance plans and benefits
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, including experience identifying problems and providing effective resolutions Good Microsoft Excel and Word skill
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
