The role in a nutshell:
The GEO Team Leader will be a key role in ensuring that our GEO function delivers an exceptional experience for our workers and clients alike. The person will be responsible for the leadership and development of the GEO Operations Consultants and being the first point of contact for any client and worker escalations.
How you will make a difference:
- Lead the existing GEO Operations Consultants/Local Market Consultants
- Work collaboratively across various Safeguard Global departments.
- Work with the team to ensure successful day to day management of all client accounts. Ensure the team achieves acceptable level of performance in relation to key performance indicators including team quality and timeliness, people management activities, and feedback from clients and stakeholders.
- Measure and monitor KPIs and SLA’s as part of the team development.
- Ensure team are fully knowledgeable on local payroll process and compliance regulations where we are local market and where use partners
- Set quarterly objectives for team members aligning with department goals, monitor objectives to ensure individual and department success.
- Provide direct support to the team on special projects including onboarding of any transfers from third party to third party, large merger and acquisition deals moving over to Safeguard Global.
- Work with GEO Operations Team Manager to recruit, train and manage new resource in line with revenue growth targets.
- Support team to monitor and track all clients are billed accurately and on time for all invoices.
- Highlight training needs and provide coaching
- Manage client escalations & expectations, support the team to ensure world class service to clients and workers.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
- Excellent customer service skills
