Role Overview:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple products and global markets. The CMO will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, with a strong focus on new market penetration and product launches.

How you will make a difference:

  • Strategic Leadership: Evaluate and redesign global go-to-market with supporting multi-tier campaign strategy and execution. Continue to cultivate brand position and evolve demand engine to achieve pipeline target responsibility.

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Global Market Expansion and Management: Continue to grow global markets, identify and prioritize new market opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to drive expansion strategies into new regions.

  • Product Launches: Oversee the successful launch of new products, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution from development to market entry.

  • Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Performance Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand visibility and reach, driving mutually beneficial growth opportunities.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing regular updates on marketing performance, trends, and strategic initiatives.

What will make you stand out:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in diverse global markets, understanding cultural nuances and regional dynamics.

  • Very data and analytically savvy. Must be comfortable carrying a pipeline target.

  • Experience with both sales-led and product led marketing motions

  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing initiatives for multiple products or product lines, optimizing strategies to drive growth and market share.

  • Strong expertise in managing activity in multiple global markets as well as entering new markets. Experience leveraging market research to cultivate the right buying experience per market.

  • Extensive experience leading successful product launches, including go-to-market planning, positioning, messaging, and launch execution.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Proven data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
