Account Manager

The Account Manager will engage with our customer base through various communication channels, understanding their global workforce needs and providing them with solutions to achieve their goals.
As the Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, a strong customer-first orientation, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will also be required to work from 1pm to 10pm SAST

✨ KPIs & Meetings: Hold regular bi-weekly or monthly client meetings to track Key Performance Indicators and strengthen alignment.
✨ Workflow Wizard: Build tailored workflows that create seamless processes internally and externally.
✨ Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Partner with clients to tackle challenges, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
