Global Treasury Analyst

Role Overview

As the Global Treasury Analyst , you will support the Treasury team in all aspects of the Treasury function taking responsibility for all payments and queries that route through Treasury. You will develop strong relationships across the wider company finance function including the payments team, Financial, Management Accounting and Tax.

You will have an understanding of Treasury processes and will work to identify potential improvements to current activities.

An articulate and robust individual is needed who can use their ability to influence and drive change, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Approving Finance and Treasury payments
• Input treasury and ad-hoc business payments
• Understanding and analyzing daily cash
• Supporting business queries and Training
• Submitting Money Market Transactions and maintaining reconciliation
• Month end reporting and analysis of bank charges
• Reviewing and inputting cash balance file
• Assist in maintaining the Group daily bank balance information
• Liaise with internal teams for bank requirements in new markets
• Opening & closing bank accounts as required
• Manage bank mandates and KYC
• Documenting Process and Procedures
• Assisting in Project work
• Identifying and implement process improvements in all aspects of the function
• Ensuring good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for the business as required

Skills and experience:

• 2-3 years experience of working within the treasury function of a multinational business (multiple entities)
• Good time management and prioritizing skills
• Have an analytical mindset, effective planner and a focused problem solver
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills, communicating with Global team
• TMS experience (desirable ION, Reval)
• Experience of using JPM, BNP, Santander, BAC bank portals
