How you will make a difference:
The primary responsibility of the HR Services Manager is to deliver professional, legally compliant HR Business Partnering support to a diverse portfolio of global clients based in Belgium.

• Act as the main HR contact for GEO workers and clients across the full employee lifecycle
• Deliver seamless onboarding, offboarding, and contract management while ensuring compliance
• Lead complex HR projects, from performance management to terminations and employment transfers
• Advise clients on promotions, career development, and salary benchmarking
• Partner with Payroll and Benefits providers to deliver accurate, compliant compensation packages
• Keep policies, handbooks, and HR processes up to date, ensuring legal compliance and clear communication
• Support managers with HR responsibilities, providing coaching and trusted guidance
• Provide proactive updates on local employment law and HR best practices
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with local legislation and GDPR requirements
• Contribute to global and local HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts
• Identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and implement changes to reduce risk and improve efficiency
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Management) to ensure smooth HR support

What will make you stand out:

• Deep expertise in Belgian labor and employment law
• Proven HR experience with essential expertise in managing employment terminations (individual, collective redundancy, mutual agreements, litigation)
• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch, French, or German)
• Skilled at advising on complex employee relations matters
• Solid understanding of local payroll practices and compliance
• Results-driven, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, building trust and influence across all levels of the business
• Skilled at explaining complex HR issues clearly to colleagues and stakeholders without an HR background
