In this pivotal role, youโ€™ll be the go-to expert supporting our international clients across every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. Working closely with our HR Services Manager and global teams, youโ€™ll ensure a seamless HR experience, uphold compliance, and help drive forward key projects that shape how we support our people.

How you will make a difference:

  • Be the HR go-to: Act as the trusted first point of contact for all HR-related queries, guiding our global workforce through every stage of the employee lifecycle.
  • Create smooth starts: Work with global teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences that set new GEO workers up for success.
  • Keep processes running flawlessly: Support the delivery and improvement of HR policies, handbooks, and procedures, ensuring everything remains fully compliant.
  • Shape employment contracts: Assist in developing and maintaining compliant employment agreements in line with local legislation and company standards.
  • Drive meaningful HR projects: Partner with the HR Services Manager on complex challenges โ€“ from salary benchmarking to strategic people initiatives.
  • Support positive transitions: Manage offboarding processes with care, handling exits and retirements smoothly and respectfully while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate across the business: Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and beyond to deliver a joined-up HR service.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.
  • Ensure competitive benefits: Partner with benefit providers to maintain legally compliant and cost-effective employee benefits.
  • Contribute to payroll excellence: Provide support for accurate, compliant payroll delivery in collaboration with the HR Services Manager.

What will make you stand out:

  • Proven hands-on experience in HR, making you confident and capable in any situation.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English for seamless collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations, ensuring compliance every step of the way.
  • Familiarity with the Polish expenses system and processing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proactive, with high accountability and initiative.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems (a plus).
  • Payroll experience is an added bonus!
