The role in a nutshell:

We are looking to hire a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and to support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Spain.

How you will make a difference:

• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate closely with the Market Leader.

• Conduct outreach and deliver company presentations to target companies for staff leasing services.

• Shape effective sales strategies and engage with key decision-makers to build trust.

• Manage your own portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships.

• Maintain accurate client and employee contracts along with all related activity records.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including proper documentation and effective prioritization to meet deadlines.

• Work as a collaborative team player with other Safeguard departments to achieve shared goals.

What will give you an advantage:

• University Degree, preferably in Business Administration

• Native Spanish and Intermediate English (written and spoken)

• 3-4 years of working experience, gained in selling staff-leasing services.

• Former employee of a temporary employment agency

• Comfortable with sales activities, discussions with prospects and customers, and closing deals.

• Used to work in a fast-paced environment.
