Responsibilities:
- Develop staffing leasing and recruitment activities in Romanian market, specifically in the following solutions: Direct Hire, Executive Search, Temporary Staffing.
- Acquire new clients with staffing needs in Romania
- Create, track, and negotiate proposals for clients in collaboration with the Market Leader.
- Propose innovative solutions and pricing models.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
- Collaborate with recruitment team and with diverse teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Actively participate in networking events to expand your network and raise the profile of Safeguard Global.
- Continuously develop your business activities with new ideas and business proposals.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling staffing solutions in the Romanian market.
- Extensive knowledge of standard solutions such as Direct Hire, Executive Search, Temporary Staffing, as well as outsourcing solutions like BPO and RPO.
- Ideally, possess an existing network in the market

- Living in Romania (Bucharest)
- English- Fully Proficient
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Goal-oriented and ambitious.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, from cold calling and client visits to contract negotiations.
- Strong client relationship management skills and market expertise to position yourself as an industry expert.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong self-awareness.
- Affinity with technology
- Driving license is required
