The role in a nutshell:
The Global Partner Relationship Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving mutual success. You will be a key liaison between the company and its partners, focusing on collaboration, communication, and growth opportunities.
How you will make a difference:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners, ensuring their and internal team satisfaction and continued business engagement.
Serve as the Strategic point of contact between partners and company, providing consistent and high-level support to address internal needs, concerns, and inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the partnership and driving growth, including new product offerings and cross-selling initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to optimize results.
Develop and deliver regular performance reports, status updates, and forecasts to key stakeholders.
Negotiate and manage contractual agreements, ensuring they meet both parties’ expectations and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
What will make you stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development (typically 3-5 years).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex partner dynamics.
A strategic thinker with a strong focus on results and growth.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
