Our Staff Leasing Italy team is growing!! As a Staff Leasing Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring you meet our clients staffing needs. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating selections, and delivering successful placements. We pride ourselves on the expertise, knowledge and level of service we provide to our clients!

Beyond recruitment delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business, expanding our client base, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services across Italy.

How you will make a difference:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and craft clear, compelling job profiles.

• Attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and cutting-edge digital tools.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the perfect fit for each role.

• Deliver staffing solutions efficiently, meeting client requests with speed and quality.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on recruitment, market trends, and workforce planning.

• Ensure compliance with national labor regulations and uphold company standards in all placements.

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting, ideally within an agency environment.

• A strong sales mindset, able to spot opportunities, spark conversations, and close deals with confidence.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build lasting relationships.

• Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Sharp judgement in evaluating candidates and making recruitment decisions.
