The Role:

We're looking for a visionary Mid-Enterprise Regional Director to spearhead our Mid-Enterprise AE team. This role is not just about managing a team; it's about leading with inspiration, driving ARR growth and AE productivity by inspiring and developing the next generation of sales leaders. If you're passionate about making a tangible impact and thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments, you could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and mentor the members of the Mid-Enterprise AE team to great things including exceeding quarterly quota attainment and onwards promotion to Enterprise AE
  • Execute and enhance current sales processes to incrementally improve on SenseOn's GTM approach with a focus on new business.
  • Improve and develop our Onboarding Academy to ensure that our Sales Talent Development Programme is producing top quality candidates into the growing Commercial AE team.
  • Grow that team from 3 to 6 CAE's through this programme by end of FY24.
