The role and team:

SenseOn is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B field marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and aligning with sales to generate pipeline growth. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regional objectives are met.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Regional event strategy: Develop and execute field marketing strategies to support sales objectives and pipeline generation in targeted regions, targeting core ICP.

    • Campaign management: Support end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, and digital strategies.

    • Event coordination: Plan and manage regional trade shows, partner events, and sponsorships to maximise brand visibility.

    • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with regional sales goals, providing valuable market insights and feedback.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and measure the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns using key performance metrics. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
