About the role - What’s your purpose?

To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate mastery across five key areas:

• Editorial Operations: Architecting and refining workflows that allow for high-volume, high-quality output without sacrificing accuracy.

• Commercial Management: Overseeing P&L responsibilities, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring editorial projects align with broader business KPIs.

• Media Monitoring & Analysis: Turning the vast media landscape into structured, actionable intelligence for our stakeholders.

• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Acting as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring our services evolve alongside their shifting needs.

• Holistic Management: Leading cross-functional teams and complex projects with a focus on mentorship, efficiency, and clear communication.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What you will be doing?

• Drive editorial presales by producing high-quality newsletter and report samples that demonstrate Signal AI's capabilities, supporting the sales process and accelerating deal progression.

• Manage the day-to-day oversight of partner internal tool usage, ensuring consistent adoption, performance, and a seamless operational experience across accounts.

• Support cross-functional coordination between editorial and insights teams, facilitating alignment on deliverables, timelines, and client outcomes.

• Lead newsletter onboarding for new clients, guiding partners through setup and best practices to ensure a smooth transition and early realisation of value.

Compensation Range: €25K - €30K
