We believe that AI is a collaborator, not just a tool, and we invite passionate individuals to join us on our journey as we continue to learn, experiment, and grow together.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional VP of Marketing to lead Signal AI's next phase of growth as we scale from a proven product to a market-leading intelligence platform.

This is a strategic executive role for a commercially-driven marketing leader with a demonstrated track record of scaling global B2B SaaS marketing organisations from $50m+ ARR environments. You will own Signal AI's complete marketing strategy, leading a geographically distributed team across EMEA, North America and beyond, while building a world-class demand generation engine that drives predictable, enterprise-scale pipeline growth.

Unlike many VP Marketing roles, this position is not expected to lead individual specialist functions—Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Field Marketing teams already exist and operate effectively. Instead, you'll elevate these teams into a cohesive, revenue-focused growth engine where every marketing investment is directly accountable to pipeline and ARR targets.

You will partner directly with the CEO, Chief Customer Officer and Sales leadership, positioning marketing as a strategic commercial function that scales the business. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with significant influence over company direction.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Revenue Leadership

  • Lead Signal AI's global marketing strategy and P&L, accountable for pipeline contribution, revenue influence and marketing ROI across all regions.

  • Build an integrated, high-performing global marketing organisation (managing directors of Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation and Content) that operates with revenue accountability and disciplined execution.

  • Establish a marketing-driven, data-centric culture focused on enterprise pipeline generation and expansion revenue.

  • Partner directly with the CRO and Sales leadership to own joint commercial targets, with Marketing accountable for 40%+ of qualified enterprise pipeline.

  • Work closely with the CEO and executive team on go-to-market strategy, market positioning, competitive differentiation and commercial expansion opportunities.

Enterprise Demand Generation & Scale

  • Design and execute sophisticated, multi-region demand generation strategies that deliver consistent, scalable enterprise pipeline growth at $50m+ ARR scale.

  • Build enterprise-grade Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes that drive engagement with strategic accounts and buying committees across EMEA, North America and growth markets.

  • Develop integrated lifecycle and nurture programmes that improve conversion velocity and deal size across the entire sales funnel.

  • Architect measurement frameworks and attribution models that track marketing's direct contribution to revenue, enabling real-time optimisation and investment decisions.

  • Lead demand generation technology strategy, including MarTech stack, data integration, automation and AI-driven optimisation.

Commercial Rigour & Performance

  • Establish clear, ambitious marketing KPIs tied to enterprise pipeline, revenue influence, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV) and return on marketing investment (ROMI).

  • Use data, experimentation and customer insights to relentlessly optimise campaign performance and marketing spend allocation.

  • Own revenue forecasting accuracy; partner with Sales leadership on pipeline health, deal acceleration and risk mitigation.

  • Build a high-trust relationship with the CFO and Finance teams on marketing budget allocation, ROI tracking and resource planning.

Global Team Leadership

  • Recruit, develop and retain a world-class, geographically distributed marketing leadership team (8-10 direct reports).

  • Drive a high-performance culture of commercial accountability, ownership and customer obsession across all marketing functions.

  • Establish clear career paths and professional development for emerging marketing talent.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success and the broader executive team.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Extensive B2B SaaS marketing leadership, with a minimum of 5+ years in VP or equivalent global leadership roles.

  • Proven success scaling marketing functions in companies at $50m–$200m+ ARR stage, demonstrating ability to build enterprise demand generation engines.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading geographically distributed teams (8+) across multiple regions (EMEA, North America minimum).

  • Expert-level understanding of enterprise buying cycles, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation and customer journey optimisation.

  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, forecasting and ROI—with the ability to hold teams accountable to data-driven performance targets.

  • Proven partnership with Sales and CRO leadership, with experience in joint pipeline planning and revenue accountability.

  • Strong executive presence and credibility—ability to influence C-suite conversations and board-level discussions.

  • Hands-on knowledge of modern marketing technology stacks, marketing automation, CRM, analytics and AI-driven optimisation tools.

Proven Commercial Impact:

  • Track record of delivering 2x–3x+ pipeline growth and/or 3x+ improvement in marketing ROI in prior roles.

  • Experience driving marketing contributions to $40m+ of annual revenue influence or pipeline.

  • Demonstrated ability to build marketing functions that scale efficiently as companies grow.

We'd Love It If You Also Have

  • Experience in AI, data, analytics or enterprise technology platforms (particularly media intelligence, SaaS analytics or B2B intelligence).

  • Track record of scaling marketing during high-growth periods (50%+ YoY growth) while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Experience in international enterprise markets (EMEA and North America).

  • Familiarity with marketing to C-suite and senior decision-makers in large enterprises.

  • Previous experience as an interim or fractional CMO, or stepping into broader commercial leadership.

  • Thought leadership track record (speaking, writing, industry visibility).
