As Product Marketing Manager at Superfluid Finance, your mission is to shape and drive strategies that maximize adoption of our apps and products like AlfaFrens, SuperBoring, and upcoming innovations. You’ll focus on distribution via existing platforms (e.g., X, Farcaster, Telegram) while actively seeking growth opportunities.
For new product launches, you’ll bring creative campaigns and growth hacks to life, ensuring viral adoption and explosive growth. You’ll work closely with product leads to develop messaging, branding, and marketing materials, while continually tracking performance and refining strategies for success.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced crypto marketer, well-versed in the crypto ecosystem, and eager to help Superfluid apps reach their next million users.

Launch & Growth: Own the execution of launch, growth, and retention strategies for our products.User Advocacy: Develop user personas, gather feedback, and champion end-user needs across teams.Collaborative Product Development: Work closely with product teams to embed marketing strategies into the product’s design and features.Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and translate data insights into actionable improvements.Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure brand consistency and stay aligned on product updates and new feature rollouts.Drive Social Media: Represent our apps across social media platforms and coach others to amplify our presence.Requirements ❕
3+ years of experience in web3 product marketing, with a proven track record of launching and growing products.Experience building distribution and viral growth strategies in creative waysSkilled in managing campaigns that involve both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to define and measure relevant product metrics and optimize user funnels.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Basic understanding of web3 technologies, including key players, protocols, and memes.Experience in a venture-backed tech startup environment.Willingness to travel up to 3 times per year for events and conferences.Bonus points if you:
