The Role: Customer Success Associate

The Associate role is focused on building and engaging our talent network and is the first step on your career pathway at Talmix. We expect Associates to progress quickly, becoming confident at dealing with our talent and client base and knowledgeable about the market. Your pace of progression within Talmix will be determined solely by you - your ambitions and your own success. Our Associates have grown within Talmix and beyond to build successful careers in Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, and Account Management roles.

To begin with you’ll be engaging with our global network; bringing more into the network and connecting with existing talent who will be in demand from our clients. The role will be focused on researching what makes ideally matched talent for specific client requirements, identifying the relevant population in our network and, when required, using additional sourcing channels to build that population. Once identified, it will also be your responsibility to verify that they are suitable for the client.

• Exceptional communications skills including an excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Additional language skills are a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and an assured approach.
• Excellent research skills.
• Curious and willing to explore innovative approaches to getting to solutions.
• An interest in talent acquisition, customer success, and building relationships with senior level executives
