A global payments technology leader is partnering with a major Thai bank on a high-impact transformation to build a next-generation Virtual Bank. As part of this engagement, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end execution across digital, regulatory, and AI-enabled workstreams.
🔹 About the Role
This role is ideal for a delivery-focused professional with strong Agile, PMO, and stakeholder management experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, data, operations, and the COO Office—to ensure structured delivery, risk management, and smooth execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Delivery & Execution
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of key Virtual Bank initiatives (operating model, regulatory readiness, platform rollout, AI enablement).
- Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to define sprint goals, prioritize backlogs, and track value delivery.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and inter-squad alignment.
- Ensure all work aligns with business, regulatory, and operational objectives.
2. PMO Standards & Governance
- Uphold structured PMO frameworks for visibility, consistency, and delivery discipline.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Maintain traceability of decisions, risks, and dependencies across the transformation roadmap.
- Support the evolution of Agile PMO practices for an AI-driven bank environment.
3. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Act as the coordination hub between product, engineering, operations, and external partners.
- Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs across stakeholders.
- Convert complex updates into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
4. Strategic Program Support
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as:
- Regulatory & go-live readiness
- Core platform & data infrastructure enablement
- AI & analytics rollout
- Operating model and process digitization
- Lead specific workstreams or special projects assigned by the COO Office.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) preferred.
Experience
- 6–10 years in Project Management, Delivery Management, or PMO within fintech, financial services, or consulting.
- Experience delivering in Agile, multi-team environments.
- Background in digital banking, payments, data, or regulatory programs is a strong advantage.
Skills & Attributes
