🚨 Change Management / Transformation Lead (Global Strategy Program)

We are hiring a senior Change Management professional to join a high-impact transformation program at a leading global hospitality & F&B group. The initiative is supported by a top-tier global strategy consulting firm and works closely with senior leadership and the client’s transformation office.

📍 Location: Bangkok, Thailand

(Candidates based in Southeast Asia should be open to travelling to Thailand when required)

🕒 Contract: 3 months, with potential extension (full-time, 5 days/week, some flexibility possible)

💰 Pay Rate: Competitive USD rate

🔹 Role Overview

You will support the Transformation Office in setting up program structures, driving execution, and leading change management, coaching, and training initiatives. The program focuses on operating model optimisation, workforce efficiency, and procurement transformation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy and execution across business units

• Support setup and execution of the transformation office

• Deliver leadership coaching and structured training sessions

• Drive adoption of new operating models and governance frameworks

• Collaborate with senior regional stakeholders and consulting teams

🔹 Must Have

✔ 15+ years of professional experience

✔ Strong background in large-scale change management and transformation programs

✔ Fluent English (Thai is a plus)

✔ Based in Southeast Asia / Asia and open to frequent Bangkok travel (Preferred based in Thailand)

🔹 Preferred

⭐ Experience working alongside top-tier strategy consulting teams on major transformations

⭐ Experience in hospitality, consumer, or large multi-business organisations

⭐ Exposure to workforce optimisation or procurement transformation programs
