A global consulting firm is partnering with a leading fashion retailer in Singapore to transform in-store operations. Your mission: optimize staff deployment during peak periods to boost sales and improve customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide pilot store managers on effective rostering and role allocation
• Coach and motivate teams to hit sales targets
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and engagement
• Implement best practices in workforce management and store operations

Who You Are:

• Former Area Manager or Retail Operations Manager with Singapore retail experience
• Skilled in retail workforce management, rostering, or store optimization
• A hands-on coach who drives results on the floor
